Robaato sir, you are a Force of Nature. The amount of energy you unleashed in the first half of Feb was like a ten-ton bomb. Not only were you blowing people's brains out left and right with the art in this thread, but it seemed like you were hopping in to every thread on the board to, just to blow everybody's brains out with a giant boost of positivity on their home turf too. I honestly couldn't keep up. Your character is unparalleled; count me as a fan.

And yeah, things have kinda slowed down around here (haha), but no worries - whether it's JRPG's or not in this thread, it's just awesome as hell that you're still pounding away.

One last thing: I saw you beat curry23 with a lead pipe earlier in the thread when he suggested Chrono Trigger was better than Chrono Cross, and that kinda gutted me 'cause while Trigger was great, Cross was like, a spiritual experience for me, heh heh (although I do agree the lack of character development was a definite flaw). So don't blow my brain out, please... I just got it back in there a little while ago. Unless you blow it out with art - then that's okay, heh.

4 1/2 days left. It's so close, you can almost smell it. Smells like burnt toast. Blast on, sir!

Zelda: A Link to the Past

TIME: 1 Hour

Ahh, yes. Zelda 3. The DEFINITIVE Zelda title. This will forever be my favorite Zelda for me, because it set the bar for all the ones that came in succession, and improved dramatically on the Zelda games that preceded. Contrary to popular belief, if it wasn't for Link to the Past, you wouldn't have Ocarina of Time. It was the first Zelda with a Light/Dark (Present/Past) World theme. OoT will aways be SECOND, literally and figuratively, to Link to the Past (for me).

And you can't help but feel like a Bad@$$ escorting Zelda to the Church with that awesome (and legendary) Hyrule Castle theme, so I illustrated that.

Well, as expected in the outset post of this thread, the fail came! :neutral:

I managed to keep to my theme for the first half of the month, then got bombarded with all kinda work, although it was very cool work. :smile:

Two more days down, lemme see what I can crank out for my last day to kinda redeem myself with what I missed. :)

Well, definitely not an JRPG illo. Haha.

But the only thing I've done today that I can show is this artistic nude'y commission. Was told to draw up an Odalisque-styled piece. Not what I envisioned in my head, but eh, enjoyed it all the same, and I dig the result. :smile:

Guess I'll hit em harder next year! :happy:

This was definitely fun for me, no doubt! Going to be perusing the rest of everyone's thread now that it's over.
