FLB lego-guy

I recently was fortunate enough to take a class on hand building class for one of my random electives. The class was pretty rad if only for the fact we were able to twist the projects into whatever direction we really wanted. I tend to work a lot harder and lot more if I'm doing something I really enjoy, so allowing me this kinda freedom was really great.

anyways the project was to enlarge something small, so naturally I thought of a lego guy, which of course led down the road towards Fabian's FLB legos on a turntable piece from book 2. Thus this was born. It's about 20 inches tall incase anyone was interested

I still need to take a better picture of it though. Also you can see the statue I made of Corpsescrew earlier in the quarter in the background.

From time to time I enjoy doing speed paint studies of suicide girls. I really just started doing them as quick practices, but Dave is way too in love with them, so at this point I seem to just make them to appease him.

These are fun to make though, I get to do them all in one sitting and basically go up until the point when I'm bored.

Screaming-Punching Kid Missile

Piece for SS book v2

This one ended up coming out last minute before the book came out, as a few people were really on top of me to complete it. So despite the fact that it was past the due date and I was out of steam I somehow managed to finish it. I'm really happy with the end result.

Also as far as I'm concerned despite the fact the name in the book is "Stand Off" this will always be Screaming-Punching Kid Missile to me. Thanks go to Foster for the name.

Newcomer to the SS crew - Corpsescrew. That 7up popcap is very liable to change though for lawsuit reasons hah, but as far as the original design is concerned it shall remain. I dunno what else to say about him, but you'll learn more about him soon come SDCC 2010
